KEEPER A PRIORITY FOR MARTINEZ

Martinez - looking to make signings.

Swansea manager Roberto Martinez is keen to add more players to his squad before the transfer window closes - with a second goalkeeper his main priority.

Dorus de Vries is the only senior keeper currently on the Swans' books, and Martinez is determined to bring in someone to compete with the 27-year-old Dutchman.

He told the South Wales Evening Post: "It's quite clear that we need to bring a goalkeeper in, and we should make sure we get him before the transfer deadline.

"It's not easy - we can't just go into the market and spend money so we are limited as to where we can look. But whether it's a loan or a permanent signing, we will find the person who is right for what we want."

Martinez also revealed he is monitoring a host of potential outfield signings.

He added: "There are many players I could mention who we wil be following closely over the next three or four weeks. There are probably 10 we are keeping an eye on in positions that could help us."
