Santa Cruz - was injured against Wolves.
Blackburn manager Paul Ince has revealed that the Achilles injury sustained by striker Roque Santa Cruz in Saturday's defeat at Wolves is not as bad as first feared.
The Paraguay international had hauled Rovers level before having to be helped off the pitch in the 4-2 loss at Molineux.
But Ince told the club's official website: "Roque is okay. There was a bit of a scare when he went down and my heart was in my mouth.
"But he got a whack on his Achilles when he scored the second goal and it is going to be three or four days according to what Dave Fevre has said to me.
"Obviously with the boots these days you are never sure if it is a metatarsal or what it was, but I've been told by the physios and the Doc that he is okay."
