ROSSINA DISMISSES ENGLAND MOVE

Torino captain Alessandro Rosina has brushed aside rumours linking him with a move to the Premier League.

The 24-year-old attacking midfielder has been a reported target of Tottenham, and he was also linked with Everton earlier this summer.

"I have not received any phone calls from England," said Rosina. "My mind is only at Torino.

"In any case, at this time an experience abroad is not part of my plans.

"My focus is here in Turin."

Rosina, who scored eight goals in 35 Serie A appearances for Toro, signed a contract extension last summer which ties him to the club until June 2011.
