HORNETS MOVE FOR SODJE ON LOAN

Sodje - moves to Vicarage Road.

Watford have completed the signing of central defender Sam Sodje from Championship rivals Reading on an initial month-long loan deal.

Adrian Boothroyd's side has been decimated by injury in recent weeks and with Lloyd Doyley and Jay DeMerit both out of Saturday's trip to face Sheffield United Sodje could make an instant debut.

Sodje cost the Royals £350,000 when he signed from Brentford in 2006 but has not featured for Steve Coppell's side this season.
