Cardiff's Joe Ledley may be set for two to three weeks on the sidelines after tests revealed he suffered a torn hamstring at Blackpool

The midfielder limped off in the 1-1 draw at Bloomfield Road on Saturday and has been forced out of Wales' World Cup qualifiers against Liechtenstein and Germany.

The disappointed Bluebird told the South Wales Echo: "It's a big blow to miss the World Cup games.

"I always enjoying joining up with the Welsh squad and these two are big games for us. But it looks as if this injury is going to rule me out for two to three weeks."
