Wingers Aidan Downes (knee) and Danny Schofield (knee) were both ruled out of the 4-1 defeat at Carlisle on Saturday and are rated doubtful for the trip to Griffin Park.

However, Marc Bircham is expected to be fit after he recovered from a hamstring injury to feature at Brunton Park.

Glovers boss Russell Slade is adamant his side will learn from their 4-1 League One defeat at Carlisle and bounce back at Brentford.

He said: "You have got to experience defeat in football, it's what makes the winning even sweeter, but we will learn from this and come back stronger."
